One of the largest and most prestigious mental health essay journals for advocating high schoolers around the world. Created to provide students a voice to support the millions struggling against mental health issues.
Info from our webinar:
Our mission is to create a platform for students to voice their experiences and support the millions struggling with mental health issues, fostering a community of understanding, empowerment, and change. Through a selective process, we take mental health essays, poems, anecdotes, short stories, or form of expression, and publish them to our prestigious 'voices of mind' journal.
Alumni from Carnegie Mellon will evaluate these essays, offering valuable feedback and ensuring that student perspectives influence broader discussions on mental health.
Donate to help us continue empowering young advocates and creating a community of understanding and change.
Our journal has reached over 4 countries, empowering more than 950 students worldwide. Through their shared stories and advocacy, we've fostered a global community committed to understanding and addressing mental health challenges.
Publishing a journal on mental health amplifies student voices, reduces stigma, and fosters open dialogue.
Why students love to participate:
"This process validates our voices and ensures our perspectives contribute to broader discussions on mental health. This publication not only amplifies my voice but also helps bring more attention to mental health issues, creating a space where my perspective can drive meaningful change."
"As a student, seeing my mental health essay published feels incredibly validating. It gives me a chance to share my story and connect with experts who read and engage with my work."
